AP epass 2019-20 Application Status | Scholarship Status | Bank Status: Andhra Pradesh government provides the scholarship for poor students. Andhra Pradesh students may also check their eligibility for Scholarship. However, candidates should know the exact date and time for online registration application form.

Students Eligible :

  • Students who belong to the categories of SC, ST whose annual parental income is Rs. Two Lakhs or below and BC, EBC, Disabled Welfare Students whose parental income is RS. One lakh or below.
  • Students whose attendance is 75% at the end of each quarter.

Students not Eligible :

  • Students belonging to the categories other than SC, ST, BC, EBC and DW(Disabled).
  • SC, ST Students whose annual parental income is more than Rs. Two Lakhs and BC, EBC, disabled Students whose parental income is more than Rupees One lakh.
  • All Students pursuing the part-time courses, online courses.
  • Students admitted under Sponsored seats, Management Quota seats.
  • Students drawing the stipend more than the scholarship amount in aggregate per annum.
  • Students of BC, EBC and DW students studying the Courses offered by open universities, distant mode, category B seats in MBBS, BDS.
  • EBC students studying Intermediate or equivalent courses

Scholarships Offered :

  • RTF: Reimbursement of Tuition Fee in full for students pursuing post matric courses approved by the University/Board.
  • RTF is sanctioned twice in a year i.e. September and March of the Academic Year.
  • MTF: Maintenance charges or Mess charges are sanctioned every month.

Post Matric Scholarship (PMS):

  •  A post matric scholarship is a scholarship which is granted to students by the welfare departments of the Govt. for enabling eligible students who have passed the tenth class (SSC examination or equivalent to pursue post matric studies such as intermediate, ITI, Polytechnic, professional courses, graduate and postgraduate courses, PhD etc.
  • A post matric scholarship has two components namely reimbursement of tuition fee (RTF) to the college and maintenance fee to the student (MTF).
  • The reimbursement of tuition will be dependent on the course you pursue. While most of the courses are eligible for 100% of the tuition fee as fixed by the government. Self-financed courses are eligible only for a maximum of Rs. 20,000 or the actual fee charged by the college, whichever is less.

How to Apply:

Scholarships are granted only after admission to a college and are subject to verification and eligibility.   Only those who are eligible will be granted a scholarship.  The steps for a scholarship are given as under:

  1. Secure admission to a college
  2. Apply online for a scholarship through the concerned welfare department ( SC/ST/BC/EBC/DW/MW)
  3. Verification by the college principal
  4. Verification by the Verification officer
  5. Scrutiny by the Welfare Officer
  6. Sanction of the scholarship
  7. Submission of the bill online to the treasury
  8. Sanction of the bill and upload of amounts into student (MTF)and college (RTF) bank accounts

Application Status:

  • Please visit the epass website at and click on the scholarship status button given in the middle of the web page. Furnish your application ID and other details are required. Upon furnishing the details you will get a detailed statement showing the different transactions on your application.

Registration / Application Date:

  • The scholarship registration is open only for a specific period of time by the government.  All students and colleges must file their application for registration only during this period of time. Once the period is over the facility for registration will no longer be available on the website.  No scholarship can be given to the student who has not registered on the epass website

Courses Eligible :

  • Post Matric Courses approved by the concerned University/Board having the duration of 1 year and above.
  • Group-I  Professional Courses (Degree and PG Courses in Medicine, Engineering, Technology, Management, Agriculture, Veterinary and Allied Sciences, Business Finance, Business administration and Computer Applications/ Science, Commercial Pilot License course).
  • Group-II  Other professional and technical graduate and PG including (M.Phil, PhD and post-doctoral research) level courses not covered in Group-I. C.A./I.C.W.A./C.S./ etc., courses, all postgraduate, graduate-level diploma courses, all certificate level courses.

Bank account

  • To receive a scholarship, every student must have a bank account in any of the nationalised scheduled banks.
  • Every student or college who desires to change his bank account to the one given on the website will have to submit the original bank documents with account particulars to the concerned welfare officers who can then submit a change request to the PMU.
  • Where colleges want to change their bank account they will have to furnish a no objection certificate from the existing bank and a no objection from the new bank for making a change request for the bank account.

Updates:  The APTET 2020 results would be available on the official website on March 19 as per sources. But there is no officail conformation on the result.

  • Perhaps, you may not know, the Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh is responsible for administrated Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test. Unlike ORM sheet, this exam will be conducted in a form of CBT i.e. “Computer Based Test”. Hence, the time of publication of Andhra Pradesh TET resulst 2020 is so fast. AP TET 2020 will be conducted in all 13 Districts of the State.
  • This TET exam is carried out under the guidelines and rules of National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to ensure National Standards and benchmark of Teacher quality in the recruitment process.

Results Release Date:

  • As per the revised schedule of AP TET exam 2020, the result likely to be published on 26.02.2019. This year results will be published too fast after the exam date 05.02.2019 t15.02.2019. However, on the result release date, candidates can check both Paper I and Paper II exam result.

Test Date

  • To bring in utmost transparency and accuracy in the conduct of examinations AP TET 2020 will be conducted through Computer Based Test in 2 papers viz. Paper-I & Paper-II.
  • The Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) has been conducted in 20 sessions from 21st February 2019 to 2nd March 2019. In this year 3rd Paper was introduced, the following no. of candidates attended to the examination.
  • The candidates pursuing B.Ed/D.Ed 2020-2021 are also eligible for applying for TET-2020 and also pursuing candidate Language Pandits 2020-2021.

Pass Criteria Of Aptet- December 2020:

  • According to first notification, APTET December 2020 Results suppose to declare in the first week of February 2020. But in the revised schedule, APTET exam 2020 results will be announced on last week of February 2020. The criteria for considering pass in APTET is as follows:

How to check AP TET Result 2020:

  • Andhra Pradesh Department of School Education allows candidates to check result at the officail website. However, to check the result candidates required to enter the Hall Ticket number.

Validity of AP TET Certificate:

  • APTET Certificate / Marks Memo shall be valid for a period of 7 years from the date of TET examination in accordance with NCTE Guidelines.
  • Weightage for APTET Scores in selection in District Selection Committee (DSC) Recruitments: 20% weightage will be given to APTET scores in the ensuing Teacher Recruitment of the State Government. In other words, 20% weightage is for APTET score and 80% weightage for written test in Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT) for drawing up the selection list.

  • Like other Joint Entrance Examination in India, Arunachal Pradesh state have their own entrance exam for admission into diploma courses and degree courses. Successful students in APJEE exam Result 2020 may apply in different institutes and colleges in  Arunachal Pradesh state online.
  • Diploma Courses: Passed or Appearing in Class 10th or equivalent from a Govt. recognized Board may apply in this exam and the age should be 15 to 18 years.
  • Degree Courses: Passed or Appearearing in Class 12th or equivalent examination in science stream (Biology group) from a Govt. recognized Board/University and candidates age should be 17 to 21 years. However, the upper age limit of SC/ST candidates is relaxable by 3 (three) years.

  • The APJEE 2020 result date is to be expected in the month of May/June.  Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Technical Education (APSCTE) Under Directorate Of Higher & Technical Education Government Of Arunachal Pradesh Itanagar is responsible for publishing APJEE result 2020.

Merit List:

  • The result of APJEE 2020 will be published in the form of MERIT LIST. That means students can download a list of students marks/score with their rank in the state for all the candidates who have appeared the examination.
  • A separated merit list will be prepared for Diploma courses and Degree Courses (PCB).
  • Two or more candidates securing the same mark in the APJEE will be placed in the same rank. However, their inter-se merit shall be determined on the basis of the percentage of marks secured in the qualifying Board/University Examination.
